The 1899 Commissioner of the US Patent Office. Charles H. Deull, is credited as having said, “Everything that can be invented has been invented.” Whether he actually said it or not, our country has seen more change in the last 5 generations than in all of history combined. Change is happening at an ever-increasing pace.
The iPhone was released June 29, 2007.  Since then we have seen even faster shifts in cultural and technology.  We research differently, we buy differently, we communicate differently, and we even socialize differently.
Your employees are no strangers to change. And yet, one of the greatest criticisms of employers is that they can’t get their employees to change to suit the needs of the company. This simply isn’t true. Your employees can change and will change, but the marketplace has taught us change begins when you address the employee's perspective.
Attendees will learn:

  1.      How to change the leadership and supervision culture of your company to guide employees towards a desire to embrace change
  2.      What motivates employees to want to change
  3.      How to maintain a culture of change as your company progresses forward

As a reminder, HPMA meetings encourage learning, networking, and collaboration, but solicitation of business is prohibited at all times.
